3. Select your desired date and time, Next

4. Fill in the reservation form and confirm the terms of use.

5. Make a reservation

ご利用時間帯に予約が少ない場合、予約なしでもすぐご案内可能ですが、

春、秋、土日祝日でのご利用は事前予約をお勧めいたします。

ご利用内容は当日変更しても大丈夫ですので、一旦気になるプランでご予約ください。

ただし「おまかせプラン」「学生おまかせプラン」は数限定しており、指定してご予約された方のみご利用いただけます。当日に他のプランからこちらへの変更ができません。

人数はご利用を確定する方のみご入力ください。当日にキャンセルの場合キャンセル料がかかりますので、ご了承くださいませ。

If you use [Kimono rental service]:

If you contact us by e-mail by 18:00 the day before the reservation date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation after that will be charged a cancellation fee of 3,300 yen per person.

If you use [Photography Service]:

If you contact us by email by 18:00 3 days before the reservation date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation after that will be charged a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen.

*Unauthorized absences will be treated as cancellations on the day.

If you use [Kimono rental service]:

Changes to the reservation date can only be made at least one day in advance.

You can change the plan only after visiting the store on the day.

If you use [Photography Service]:

You will have to cancel the original reservation and make a request again.
