How to make reservation?
We do only accept reservation from Homepage, please check our service plans and make a reservation with "BOOK NOW" button.
Can I change the content of my reservation?
Change can be made until the day before the day you reserved
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation can be made until the day before the day you reserved
Will there be any penalty for cancellation?
Penalty fee will be charged only when the reservation canceled on the reserved day.
Can I make a tentative reservation just for the day that may rain?
No tentative reservation is available at the moment.
Can I make reservation on the day?
Sorry, we don't accpet reservation on the day at the moment.
Can I rent kimono on a bad weather day?
Yes, kimono rental on rainy and snowy day is available.
Do I need to bring anything?
There is no need to bring anything, but please bring as less luggage as you can.
Can I leave my luggage in the shop?
We do accpet 1 luggage storage for free from the costumer who use our service.

How do I pay?
Sorry we do only accept cash or Paypay.

It's my first time to wear kimono, I dont understand the culture, is it disrespectful? Does it feel comfortable?
We do welcome every Japan lover to wear kimono and experience local life.
How long does it take to wear a kimono?
※We do not do hair set for men.
Do you accpet group as well?
Yes, we do accpet group costumers.
Do you accpet pregnent costumer?
Sorry we do not accpet pregnent costumers. And we are not responsible for any problem occured to the pregnent costumer if we are not informed about the pregnancy
What to do with my own cloth?
We will keep it in a bag for you.
When should I return?
Please return before 6pm.
Can I return on the next day?
Yes, it's possible to return on the next day. Next day return fee will be charged in this case, it will be 2000JPY/person. (neday return fee will be higher for some of the kimono plans, such as Furisode)
What if I broke the kimono? or made it dirty?
Cleaning fee or repairment fee will be charged for the damage or dirt to the kimono.
（※Cleaning fee or repairment fee will still be charged for cigaretee burn, lost, unrepairble dirt and damage）
What if I was late for 6pm?
Please return before 6pm.

Sorry we stoped delivery return service at the moment.

When is the OFF day?
We do open either on the weekend and holiday, or on the weekday when we have reservation. So we don't really have a fixed OFF day.
Is there parking near the shop?
Sorry we do not have a parking space, but there are coin parking around the shop
We do only keep the lost property for 1 week.
