Walk in is available when it is not busy. But making reservation in advance during busy period like March, April, November, December or weekend or national holidays is always recommended.

Changing plans is available on your visiting day. Maybe you can choose a plan you are interested when you make a reservation. Only Set Plan is a limited plan, which is available only to the [pre-ordered] customer. Changing from other plan to this plan is not possible. (Please make sure the number of people who needs the service, cancellation on the day will cost cancellation fee)

For [kimono rental service] : Cancellation costs no charge until 6pm on the day before your reservation. Cancellation made after that will cause a cancellation charge.(3,300JPY / person) For [Photo service] : Cancellation costs no charge until 6pm 3 days before your reservation. Cancellation made after that will cause a cancellation charge.(10,000JPY / session)
